Vinafco Launches Operational Digitalization Program: Restructuring Towards Integrated Logistics and 4PL Models

On March 5, 2026, Vinafco officially launched a program to formulate its digitalization strategy and elevate its data-driven management capabilities, in partnership with LeadOn Technology and Consulting Joint Stock Company. This program marks a crucial step in the restructuring of Vinafco's operating model, aiming to build a transparent, efficient, and scalable integrated logistics platform.
